What we shipped — March 2026

March was a heavy ship month for us. Three new modules went out, alongside 14 quality-of-life fixes you might or might not have noticed. Quick rundown.

Active Flows dashboard

If you run auto-replies, this is the page you've been asking for. One screen showing every active rule across every platform, with live reply counts and last-fired times. You can spot a broken rule in seconds instead of clicking through menus.

It also surfaces token-expiry warnings before a connection silently dies — a thing that bit a lot of you in February.

Content Calendar

Visual month and week views of every scheduled post, with platform icons, captions, and a side drawer to inspect a day's queue. Drag-drop coming next month — for now it's view + edit.

It also greys out platforms that aren't connected for the selected brand, so you can't accidentally schedule to a disconnected account.

Multi-brand content templates

Save a post as a reusable template. Apply it across brands. Categorise by launch / promo / quote / announcement / tutorial / behind-the-scenes. We had a lot of "can I duplicate this post?" requests and decided to do it properly.

Drafts: kanban view

Drafts page now has Grid and Kanban views. Drag-drop a draft between Idea / In Progress / Ready columns. Combined with assignment-to-teammate (Agency plan), this finally makes the multi-person editorial workflow not painful.

Smaller things

• AI rewrite button on each draft. One click, Claude rewrites the caption in a more engaging tone.
• Save-as-template button on the draft detail drawer.
• Move drafts between brands (Agency plan).
• Skeleton loading states on every page navigation — no more circular spinners.
• Page headings shrunk to match dashboard style — more breathing room.
• Delete confirmations now use proper modals with warning icons instead of native browser confirm() dialogs.
• Inbox: better empty states and tooltips.
• Auto-reply rules: optimistic UI updates on toggle (no flicker).
• Templates page replaces placeholder with full management UI.
• Calendar: tooltip on greyed-out platforms says "not connected."
• Tooltip text on disabled buttons no longer hidden by navbar.
• Performance: dashboard initial render is ~35% faster.
• Fixed: edit-template form not prefilling message content.
• Fixed: "new rule" button incorrectly enabled when no platform selected.

Coming in April
