The profile customers actually check first
For a local business, the Google listing outranks every social account combined. Schedule posts to it from the same calendar, and answer reviews in your own voice without watching for them.

Two jobs, both automated
Posting to the listing, and answering what lands on it.
Answered in your voice, within hours
A review left unanswered reads as a business that stopped paying attention. Replies go out in your saved brand voice, warm for the good ones and genuinely apologetic for the rest.

Local is where the intent is
Somebody searching your listing is further down the funnel than anybody scrolling a feed.
Answer the ones you choose, not all of them
Automation here has to be narrow to be safe. You pick the star range, so a one-star review never gets a generated reply unless you explicitly decided it should — and everything outside the range waits for a person.
- Star range set by you, defaulting to the safe end
- Everything outside the range left for a human
- Tone matched to the rating: warm, measured or apologetic

Opt-in AI, and a free mode that always works
Auto-reply starts in template mode, which costs nothing and sends a fixed line with the reviewer's name. AI mode is a deliberate choice. If your AI allowance runs out mid-month, replies fall back to the template rather than going silent.
- Template mode by default — no AI cost at all
- AI mode metered against your monthly allowance
- Fallback to the template if the allowance is spent

Nothing posts that Google would reject
Google's review-reply policy bars links and promotional content. Every reply is checked against that before it goes out — including AI-generated ones — so a rule cannot quietly get your responses rejected for a fortnight.
- Link and promo checks on every reply, template or AI
- Blocked replies skipped and logged, not sent and refused
- Guardrail applies to configs saved before it existed

The whole local surface
Posting, answering, and the controls that keep both safe.
Review auto-replies
Answered in your brand voice, within a star range you set, with everything else left for a person.
Local posts
Offers, events and updates on the main calendar.
Post types & CTAs
The right format and call-to-action per update.
Template modeFree
A fixed reply with the reviewer's name. Costs nothing.
Star-range control
Decide exactly which ratings get an automatic answer.
Policy guardrail
Links and promo blocked before anything posts.
Never double-replies
A review that already has an answer is skipped.
OAuth, revocable
We hold a revocable access token and never your Google password. Disconnect from either end, whenever you like.
Up and running in three steps
Step 01
Connect the profile
OAuth into the Google Business Profile you manage. No password stored, revocable any time.
Step 02
Set the range and the mode
Choose which star ratings qualify, and whether replies come from your template or the AI.
Step 03
Queue the local posts too
Add offers and updates to the same calendar so the listing stays as current as the feed.
The listing is the first impression
Long before anyone finds your Instagram, they have read your reviews.
The difference it actually makes
Managing the listing by hand
- Reviews sitting unanswered for a fortnight
- Local posts forgotten because they live in another tool
- The same thank-you retyped forty times
- A reply rejected by Google for a link nobody knew was banned
With Google Business connected
- Reviews in your chosen range answered within hours
- Local posts on the same calendar as everything else
- Replies in your brand voice, never the same twice
- Every reply policy-checked before it is sent
A critical review deserves a person. Everything the automation is unsure about waits for one.
The star range, the opt-in AI mode and the policy check all exist to keep it that way.
Questions, answered
Does it reply to every review automatically?
Only the ones you choose. You set a star range — many businesses start with 4 and 5 stars only — and anything outside it is left for a person. A critical review deserves a human, and the defaults assume that.
Is the AI reply mode on by default?
No. Review auto-reply is off until you enable it, and when you do it starts in template mode, which costs nothing. AI mode is a deliberate choice you make, not something you discover afterwards on a bill.
What happens if my AI allowance runs out mid-month?
Replies keep going out from your fallback template rather than stopping. An unanswered review is worse for the business than a sincere generic one, and the allowance cannot recover until the month turns over — so there is nothing to gain by waiting.
Can I schedule Google Business posts like social posts?
Yes — they sit on the same calendar as everything else, with the post type, call-to-action and location handled per post. Local updates stop being the thing everyone forgets because they live somewhere different.
Will replies ever include a link?
No. Google's review-reply policy prohibits links and promotional content, so every reply is checked against that before it posts — including replies generated by the AI. A blocked reply is skipped rather than sent and rejected.
What do I need on the Google side?
A Google Business Profile you manage, connected over OAuth. We only ever hold a revocable access token, and you can disconnect from either end at any time.
