Run one brand. Or fifty.
Every client gets its own channels, calendar, library, voice and reports — genuinely separated. You get one login, one place to work from, and one pool of credits across the lot.

However many clients
Switch client, switch everything
Changing brand changes the whole workspace, not just a filter on a shared one.
A separate calendar per client
No filtering a shared grid and hoping you got it right. Each brand has its own calendar, so what you are looking at is only ever the client you are working on.

Separation that is structural
The dangerous kind of multi-client tool is the one where separation is a filter you can forget to apply.
The brand is the wall, everywhere
Channels, calendar, media library, brand voice, analytics and reports all scope to the brand. There is no shared pool that a tired Friday click could publish the wrong thing into.
- Connected channels belong to exactly one brand
- Media libraries and saved voices never cross over
- Teammates see only the brands they have been given

One credit pool, drawn where the work is
Allowances are per account rather than per brand, which is the right way round. A launch month for one client can use more of the pool than a quiet retainer without anyone rebalancing quotas.
- AI generations and credits shared across every brand
- Each teammate seat adds its own allowance to the pool
- Top-up credits never expire and are spent last
Platform breakdown
Let them in, without letting them everywhere
Add a client to their own brand as an approver, an editor or view-only. They can sign off their own posts and read their own numbers, and there is nothing else for them to see.
- Per-brand membership, not account-wide access
- Approver, editor and view-only roles
- Their reports and calendar, nobody else's

Everything that should be
If a client could see it, it belongs to their brand and nobody else's.
Connected channels
Each account belongs to exactly one brand, so a post physically cannot go to the wrong client's Instagram.
Calendar & queue
A clean schedule per client.
Media library
Assets that never surface for another client.
Brand voice
A separate tone saved per client.
Analytics
Numbers that only cover their channels.
Auto-reply rules
Engagement rules that apply to their posts alone.
Roles per brandAgency
Access granted brand by brand, never account-wide.
Branded client reports
A scheduled PDF per brand, carrying that client's branding rather than a generic template with your logo on it.
Up and running in three steps
Step 01
Create a brand per client
One brand, one set of channels. Free gives you 1, Pro 3, Agency as many as you take on.
Step 02
Connect and set the voice
OAuth their channels and save their tone. Two minutes that every later generation inherits.
Step 03
Invite whoever needs in
Teammates and clients, per brand, with the role that fits. They see that workspace and nothing else.
Twelve clients, one Monday morning
The work is the same. The context switching is what costs the day.
The difference it actually makes
One account per client
- Logging in and out all morning to do the same task twelve times
- A shared calendar filtered by hand, and one bad Friday click
- Twelve subscriptions, twelve invoices, twelve quotas
- Assets and tone drifting between clients without anyone noticing
With multi-brand workspaces
- One login, switch brand, everything switches with it
- Channels that belong to exactly one client, structurally
- One shared pool of credits, drawn where the work actually is
- A separate voice, library and report per client
Separation you have to remember to apply is separation that will eventually fail.
So the brand is the boundary for channels, media, voice, analytics and access — not a filter on a shared pool.
Questions, answered
How many brands can I run?
Free includes 1 brand profile, Pro includes 3, and Agency is unlimited. A brand is one set of connected channels with its own calendar, library, voice and reports.
Is one client's data visible to another?
No. The brand is the boundary for everything — channels, calendar, media library, brand voice, analytics and reports. A teammate only ever sees the brands you have given them access to.
Do credits and AI generations work per brand or per account?
Per account, shared across your brands. Agency includes 500 AI generations and 500 credits a month, plus 300 generations and 300 credits for every teammate seat — so a busy client can draw more than a quiet one without you rebalancing anything.
Can each client have its own brand voice?
Yes, and they are kept strictly apart. The law firm and the skate brand each keep their own tone, so generated copy never comes back sounding like the wrong client.
Can I give a client access to their own workspace?
Yes — on Agency you can add them as a team member on that brand alone, with a role that suits: approver, editor or view-only. They see their brand and nothing else.
What happens if I hit my brand limit?
Nothing is deleted. Creating a brand past your plan's limit is blocked with a message naming the plan that lifts it, and every existing brand keeps working exactly as it was.
Every client, one login.
