Plans & Billing
Is there a free plan? Do I need a credit card to sign up?
Yes — the Free plan is free forever, no credit card required. It includes 1 brand, 10 AI generations per month, a few scheduled posts and auto-replies to try, and 15 one-time AI avatar-video credits. Upgrade only when you're ready.
Can I switch between plans at any time?
Absolutely. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel any time from your settings. Upgrade mid-cycle and you're billed the prorated difference; downgrades take effect at your next billing date.
What happens when I cancel?
You keep full access until the end of your current billing period. After that your account moves to the Free plan automatically — your data and posts are never deleted.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing saves you 10% versus month-to-month. You can toggle between monthly and annual on the pricing section above.

Which social media platforms do you support?
Mediux AI supports 11+ major channels — including Instagram, Facebook, X, Threads, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and Snapchat — so you can publish, automate and measure everywhere from one place.
How many accounts can I connect?
You can connect an account for each supported platform within a brand. Free includes 1 brand, Pro includes 3, and Agency is unlimited — so agencies can manage as many client accounts as they need.
Can I manage multiple brands or clients from one login?
Yes. Pro includes up to 3 brand profiles for a single user, and Agency adds unlimited client workspaces with team members, roles and permissions — each with its own accounts, calendars and reports.

How does the AI content generation work?
You describe your brand voice, audience and goal, and the AI generates platform-optimised captions, hooks and hashtags. Review, tweak if needed, and publish — or let scheduling queue it at the best time.
What is the Smart Auto-Reply feature?
Auto-Reply watches comments and DMs across your connected accounts and responds instantly in your brand's tone. Set rules per post, keyword or intent, add up to 20 reply variations, and keep approval control so nothing goes out without your say.
How does the AI Ads Creator work?
Tell the AI your product, audience and budget and it generates ad copy, images and even avatar videos, then tracks ROAS, spend and funnels in the built-in ads suite. Available on Pro and Agency.
Security & Privacy
Is my data safe? Are you GDPR compliant?
Yes. Mediux AI is built GDPR-ready. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest, and we never sell your data or use it to train AI models without your explicit consent.
Do you store my social media passwords?
Never. We connect via official OAuth 2.0 — the same secure method trusted apps use. Your credentials stay with the platform; we only hold a revocable access token, stored encrypted.
How reliable is the platform?
Mediux AI runs on Google Cloud's autoscaling infrastructure for high availability, and we announce any planned maintenance ahead of time.
