Facebook questions
Do I need a Page, or will a profile work?
A Page. Facebook's publishing and messaging APIs are Page-only — personal profiles cannot be automated by any tool, ours included.
Can it answer Messenger messages?
Yes. Facebook and Instagram are the two networks where we can send a direct message, so Page inbox messages can be auto-answered under the same rules as comments.
Can it hide spam automatically?
Yes — hiding and deleting are both supported, so a rule can remove junk instead of dignifying it with a reply.
Does connecting Facebook also connect Instagram?
They are separate connections in Mediux, but Instagram Business requires a linked Facebook Page, so most people connect both.
