Does it reply to every review?
Only the ones you choose. You set a star range — most businesses start at 4 and 5 stars — and everything outside it is left for a human.
Is AI reply mode on by default?
No. Auto-reply is off until you enable it, and when you do it starts in template mode, which costs nothing. AI mode is opt-in.
Can a reply include a link?
No. Google's review-reply policy bars links and promotional content, so every reply is checked against that before posting — including AI-generated ones.
Can I schedule local posts?
Yes — updates, offers and events, on the same calendar as your social channels, with the post type and call-to-action set per post.
What do I need on Google's side?
A Google Business Profile you manage, connected over OAuth. We hold a revocable token and never your Google password.
